4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking: All tour bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking for individual tours. For custom or group tours, a 50% deposit is required with the balance due 14 days before the tour date.

Cancellation by You:

• More than 7 days before the tour: Full refund less a 10% administrative fee
• 3-7 days before the tour: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before the tour: No refund

Cancellation by Us: In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Domashnyaya Smorodina or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may view, download, and print content from our website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from our website, or reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on our website for a commercial purpose.
